Almost every friend of mine who goes to Jeju for vacation takes the opportunity to undergo some skin care treatments. But here comes the question: with so many clinics on the island, which one is really worth visiting? And which ones should be avoided? It took me three months to visit the 8 most popular Dermatology clinics on Jeju Island, and today I’m going to share all my real experiences with you – including both the good and the bad, without any further delay.
I. Jeju Island Dermatology Beauty Treatments: I’ve helped you avoid 8 problematic dermatology clinics!
Let me state the conclusion first: In the Dermatology field on Jeju Island, it’s not true that the more expensive a service is, the better it is, nor is it necessarily more cost-effective to choose the cheaper options. The key factors depend on what treatment you want to undergo, your budget, and whether you are willing to wait in line. This time, I visited 6 major clinics plus 2 more just for background information. These include 4ever, PPEUM, Toxnfill, With, NowMedi, Newline, as well as Miwoo and Jeju Dermatology. 🔴 Red List (Worth a Visit)
- 4ever Jeju – Offers the most comprehensive anti-aging treatments at the same prices as in Korea, with excellent Chinese-language service.
- PPEUM Jeju — Transparent prices and numerous discounts, the top choice for InMode/HotMage treatments.
- At With Hospital, you can find the most comprehensive range of medical devices, with numerous options available for glow treatments, Asce+ Exosomes therapy, and fillers.
- Toxnfill Jeju – Titanium Lifting has an excellent reputation, and locals also prefer to use this service.
- What stands out about NowMedi is its 24/7 service throughout the year, and its affordable prices.
- NEWLINE — Indeed, its price is low; it is recommended for injectable treatments and basic skincare procedures.
🟡 Standard and conventional
- Miwoo Plastic Surgery – The Phoenix Radio is quite good, but it focuses more on plastic surgery; its pure skin care services are not as comprehensive as those of the previous companies mentioned.
- Jeju Dermatology Clinic – Suitable for local residents for routine consultations; offers limited options in cosmetic treatments, so it’s not particularly necessary for tourists to visit specifically.
II. 4ever Jeju: The ultimate anti-aging solution for Jeju Island – the top choice for Thermage/HIFU treatments.
4ever was my first stop during this trip to Jeju Island, and it is also the place where I personally feel most at ease when undergoing anti-aging treatments. As a chain of clinics for people over 40 in South Korea, the directors of these clinics all graduated from Seoul National University or Yonsei University, with an average clinical experience of over 8 years. Such a team composition is considered top-notch on Jeju Island.
I underwent 300 sessions of HIFU treatment in the United States, along with hydration therapy. The total cost started at ⩱1,089,000, which is approximately 20% cheaper than the prices in Cheongdam, Seoul. Moreover, the fees are the same in both China and South Korea! It’s really appreciable that there is no additional charge just because I am a foreigner. The entire process, from registration to the actual treatment and post-treatment care, was conducted in Chinese, ensuring zero communication barriers.
⚠️ A small reminder: The queues on 4ever weekends are extremely long. It is recommended to arrive there as early as 10 a.m. on weekdays; otherwise, waiting for 1–2 hours is quite common.

III. PPEUM Jeju: InMode Inmode + Thermage with significant discounts
InMode’s comprehensive two-mode package is available for just ₩149,000 – a price that is simply unattainable in Seoul. Thermage FLX with 600 treatments costs ₩117,900,000, while Titanium Lifting with 40 KJ of energy requires ₩690,000, making it an extremely cost-effective option. However, it’s important to note that PPEUM provides relatively quick consultations; if you have many questions, be sure to prepare a list in advance.

IV. With Hospitals: The Dermatology department on Jeju Island is equipped with the most comprehensive range of instruments, offering a wide selection of hyaluronic acid therapy options and Asce+ Exosomes treatments.
In my opinion, With Medical is one of the institutions on Jeju Island that offers the widest range of treatments. Starting from the basic Hyaluronic Acid Injection for ¥930,000, to Asce+ Exosomes and Juvederm Filler for ¥930,000 each, and Sculptra for ¥1,200,000, they basically have everything you might need. Their equipment is also very comprehensive: Ulthrea starts at ¥940,000, Potenza Gold Micro needles cost ¥580,000, and XERF is available for ¥1,100,000. There are not many clinics on Jeju Island that can offer all these advanced devices simultaneously.
The address is Room 202, With Hotel, No. 34 Lao Yuan Road, very close to the Jeju Dream Tower – just a 5-minute walk away. It takes 10–15 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport, at a cost of 97,000–10,000 won. The entire description is provided in Chinese, and the reviews for laser freckle removal are particularly positive.

V. Toxnfill Jeju: Titanium Lifting has an excellent reputation, and even locals queue up to get it.
Toxnfill is a large-scale chain Dermatology clinic in South Korea, specializing in Titanium Lifting procedures. The price for neck Titanium Lifting starts at ⩢939,000, while the combined treatment of Titanium V Lifting and 100 HIFU sessions starts at ⩢360,000. Foreigners and local South Koreans pay the same price; there is no additional charge just because you are a tourist.
The location is at Room 201, Cheongdam Building, No. 378 Lao Heng Road, in the same area as 4ever. The team of directors has 20 years of experience; during consultations, they use 3D facial scanning for analysis, rather than simply relying on equipment for a quick check. However, the clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays, so please make sure to schedule your appointment accordingly.

VI. NowMedi vs Newline: Lower prices and trial accounts
I will discuss these two companies together, as both of them pursue an affordable pricing strategy yet offer excellent customer experiences.
NowMedi: Is 24/7 service just a gimmick? Waiting in line for up to 2 hours at night…
NowMedi’s biggest selling point is “operating 365 days a year, with night services available until 22:00” – which sounds very convenient, right? In reality, the peak hours are from 7 to 9 pm, but the director is very attentive, so it doesn’t feel like a rushed process at all. The basic Hydrating Glow treatment costs ₩100,000, while the Potenza Diamond Lifting treatment costs ₩600,000. The prices are indeed affordable, but if you need injectable treatments or have specific skin issues, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
The address is on the 3rd floor of A-PLEX, No. 511 Yanbei Road; there is a direct elevator at the ground level. It is recommended to visit in the morning or between 2 and 5 pm, as there will be much fewer people around.
NEWLINE: The lowest price on Jeju Island, but only suitable for basic skincare treatments.
The prices at Newline are truly competitive – the basic hydrodermabrasion treatment costs less than ⩱100,000, and some packages are even cheaper. Pico laser freckle removal starts from ⩱150,000, while Thermage full-face treatment is around ⩸800,000. You won’t find anything cheaper on Jeju Island. To be honest, I recommend injectable treatments; a friend who had fillers said that the injection technique was quite good. If you’re interested in basic skincare, laser freckle removal, or hydrodermabrasion for hydration, Newline is also an option. However, for fillers or anti-aging Lifting treatments, I would suggest going to the aforementioned institutions instead.
