When it comes to seeking cosmetic treatments in South Korea, Cellin Dermatology is definitely one of the most highly discussed options on platforms like Dcard and PTT. This clinic has three branches in Seoul: Hongdae, Gangnam, and Myeongdong, each offering different services and targeting different customer groups. I have visited all three branches, and today I would like to share my real experiences with you. Additionally, I will provide information on prices and transportation, so you won’t have to search for this information elsewhere.
Let’s start with the conclusion: All three of these stores are directly-operated branches of Cellin Dermatology, so the quality of their services is guaranteed. The main differences lie in their locations and the featured treatments they offer. The Hongdae store offers the widest range of treatments, the Gangnam store is equipped with the Ulthrea HIFU device, while the Myeongdong store specializes in injectable treatments with excellent cost-performance ratios. Let’s take a look at each one in detail!
I. Cellin Hongdae Store: The most variety of services and the most cost-effective combinations available
The Hongdae store was my first visit to cellin Dermatology. It is located on the 15th floor of the Good People Building, near the Hongdae entrance station – just a few minutes’ walk from the subway exit. The biggest highlight of this store is its carefully curated package deals. For example, the combination of 300 HIFU treatments and ONDA costs only ₩333,900, while the package including ONDA and 600 Oligio treatments costs less than ₩800,000. You would hardly find another store in the Gangnam area offering such competitive prices.
If you, like me, want to undergo multiple treatments at once, the Hongdae store is really ideal. The Rejuran HB 4-centum core package combined with 1-centum core of Filler for skin elasticity only costs ₩499,000, and the current price of ₩289,000 for imported Filler is also very affordable. Overall, the Hongdae store operates more like a comprehensive clinic that offers a wide range of services, making it a great choice for first-time visitors to South Korea looking to pursue medical aesthetics treatments.

II. Cellin Gangnam Store: Specializing in Ulthrea HIFU systems, the top choice for quality and reliability.
The Gangnam branch is the one in Cellin Dermatology that offers the highest quality of services. It is located near Gangnam Station, just a few steps away from the exit. The biggest highlight of this branch is the second-generation Ulthrea HIFU device. Although the price of ₩1,920,000 is not considered low, those who have experienced this treatment know that the results achieved by the Ulthrea HIFU are far superior to those of the Korean version, especially in terms of the long-lasting effects of Lifting and tightening.
Additionally, the ONDA facial treatment at the Gangnam store, priced at ₩490,000, is also very popular. Onda is a cryogenic microwave lipolysis device originating from Italy, and its effectiveness in reducing the jawline and eliminating Double Chin has received considerable attention in South Korea’s cosmetic surgery community. If you are planning to visit the Gangnam area anyway and take the opportunity to undergo some cosmetic procedures, this clinic is truly convenient – you can even schedule a treatment right after work.

III. Cellin Myeongdong Store: The highest cost-performance ratio for injectable treatments
The Myeongdong branch is one of the cellin Dermatology clinics that my friends visit most frequently. It’s located right in the Myeongdong shopping district – just 4 minutes’ walk from Exit 7 of Eulji-ro 1-gil station. It’s perfect to stop by for some skin care treatments after a shopping trip. This clinic specializes in injectable treatments, and the prices are really competitive: Rejuran PN costs ₩189,000, and Juvelook Blue Bottle costs ₩169,000. Compared to other clinics in Gangnam, these prices are truly affordable.
Moreover, the Myeongdong store opens half an hour earlier on weekends than the Gangnam store (it opens at 10:00), which is really considerate for travelers with busy itineraries. If you mainly want to undergo treatments such as hyaluronic acid injections or Rejuran treatments, the Myeongdong store is definitely the top choice.
