If you have come specifically from other areas of Busan, it isn’t very far to get here from the Seomyeon station. Overall, the transportation is quite convenient. I particularly recommend combining this visit with a trip to Haeundae; it would be perfect to take a walk by the sea after your treatment in the morning or afternoon.

Before going, I checked their services and found that their strengths lie mainly in the following areas:

IV. What were my actual experiences throughout the entire process at Grace?
This time, I underwent Pico treatment for freckle removal. The entire process went as follows: first, I filled out some basic information; then I had a skin examination using instruments like VISIA; afterwards, the director of the clinic conducted a personal consultation to determine the most suitable treatment plan for me; and finally, the actual procedure was carried out.
What concerns me the most is whether I will be bombarded with sales pitches. To be honest, that didn’t happen at all. After examining my skin condition, the director directly told me which issues needed to be addressed immediately and which could wait – they didn’t try to push several treatments on me all at once, avoiding any sense of pressure.
During the procedure, the nurses were very gentle in their techniques, and the pain was much less than I had expected. After the treatment, they provided me with detailed instructions on post-treatment care, including how to keep my skin moisturized and what precautions to take against sun exposure. They explained everything very clearly. Overall, the service experience was definitely above average.

The reception area in the lobby is of moderate size, so it’s not too crowded, and the seating in the waiting area is also very comfortable. The treatment areas are located in separate rooms with basic soundproofing, ensuring good privacy.
The day I went, it was around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. There weren’t particularly many customers, but there seemed to be enough nurses, so it wasn’t the case where one nurse had to serve several people at the same time. The overall atmosphere gave me the impression of professionalism without being cold and impersonal – it wasn’t that kind of icy clinic environment.
