IV. Director Park Bo-won + Director Gu Tae-han – The dual-director system at Cheongtan Mellow
It’s quite rare to have two directors seeing patients at the Cheongtan branch simultaneously.
Director Park Bok-won is the representative director of the Cheongtan branch. He has previously served as director at both Oganashel Cheongtan and TheCell Gangnam Main Branch, which are both well-known high-end dermatology clinics in the Gangnam area. He is a full member of the Korean Dermatological Society and the Korean Anti-Aging Dermatology Association (KAAD), and has also been featured in reports by the Daily Economic News.
Director Gu Tae-han’s background is particularly noteworthy—he was once the head of the dermatology department at the Capital Defense Command Medical Center and also served overseas as the dermatology chief for the United Nations Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). This time, I was consulted by Director Park. The consultation took about 15 minutes, and he did not use an iPad to show a standardized list of treatments. Instead, he directly explained to me which areas needed treatment and which did not. The entire conversation felt more like friendly advice rather than a sales pitch.
